- 6-8 years in ecommerce in Fashion / Consumer product
- Good in English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus
- Manage the whole operation of Hong kong ecommerce platforms
- Manage daily operation of ecommerce platforms. Duties include product listing, content management, inventory update, order fulfillment, logistics arrangement, return parcel management, payment crosschecking, replenishment planning, promotion setting and CS
- Issue relevant documents using SAP
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of campaigns, prepare report and insights for traffic and conversion improvement
