Responsibilities:
- To lead an engineering team to meet customer requirements and achieve corporate target on new project development forecast
- Develop and uphold a standard of engineering workflow
- Develop engineering and technological development direction and strategies
- Manage and monitor on active Product Engineering Project development and the resources for whole Engineering Group
- Oversee the operational performance of the Engineering Group and ensure their effectiveness and efficiency
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
- 8-15 years of product design / development experiences with work knowledge in consumer electronics products
- Solid project management experience with at least 6 years at managerial level position of above
- Less experience is also considered as “Electronics Engineering Manager”
