Duties:
- Define and maintain technology roadmap
- Provide technology insights, recommendations and solutions
- Oversee and closely monitor the status of proof of concept and product platform design
- Give technology presentation to costumers and technical community
- Participate in technology alignment with internal advanced manufacturing, suppliers and customers
- Provide technical solutions to help product development teams solve difficult technical issues
- Response to technically challenging RFIs/RFQs.
- Estimate hours and project time needs accurately, and actively participate in scope and requirements definition
- Create high quality and timely performance reviews and development plans; Responsible for career development of direct reports
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to capture and manage lesson learn of Hong Kong engineering site
- Promotes effective work practices, works as a team member, and shows respect for co-workers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master in Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in engineering management in Power Suppliers or Charger in factory
- Progressive experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing multiple projects with hands-on
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Good in English
- Familiar with rectifier/ inverter main topologies and state of the art technologies
- Knowledge on firmware, circuits and magnetics simulation tools
- Creative and self-driven
Less exp will consider senior electronic engineer
