Responsibilities
- Manage and develop ERP platform, execute ERP system deployment
- Conducing various system tests, including integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and performance testing
- Ensure system integrates seamlessly with existing IT systems and applications
- Provide coordination on requirements collection, application rollout, day-to-day applications operation & support, system maintenance and system enhancements
- Develop trusted working relationships with key users, internal IT resources and external vendors
- Ensure business requirements are fully understood, documented, analysed and validated by all parties
- Provide support to stakeholders in helping them mediate and resolve issues/conflicts, obtain consensus on any changes in system scope & requirements and seek approval of change requests
Requirements
- Degree or above in Computer Science / Information Technology, or equivalent discipline
- Solid experiences in managing ERP system deployments, particularly in a sizeable company
- Familiar with “iTrader” ERP system would be an advantage
- Knowledge of business analysis best practices, and application and system integration methodologies
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to liaise with all levels of resources between internal and external teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and able to communicate effectively in both English and Cantonese with different level of users and vendors in resolving business problems
