Job Responsibilities:
- Handle boss (a foreigner) ‘s personal and household matters and provide secretarial support
- Responsible for admin and HR issues of HK office (60+ staff) with the aid of an Assistant Officer
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
- Supervise driver to co-ordinate schedules
- General secretarial support in office
- Handle and maintain confidential information and document management
- Perform any other ad hoc assignments as required
Job Requirement
- Degree
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with stable working history will be an advantage
- Detail-minded and patient with tedious work
- High level of integrity
- Good communication skill
- Energetic and positive attitude; organized and able to perform multi-tasks
- Well spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) and English
