Executive Assistant (double pay, bonus, 5 days works, medical)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle boss (a foreigner) ‘s personal and household matters and provide secretarial support 
  • Responsible for admin and HR issues of HK office (60+ staff) with the aid of an Assistant Officer
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
  • Supervise driver to co-ordinate schedules
  • General secretarial support in office
  • Handle and maintain confidential information and document management
  • Perform any other ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirement

  • Degree
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with stable working history will be an advantage
  • Detail-minded and patient with tedious work
  • High level of integrity
  • Good communication skill
  • Energetic and positive attitude; organized and able to perform multi-tasks
  • Well spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) and English
