Executive Assistant / Secretary / Senior PR Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate events, lunch and dinner receptions and social functions for the Directors or Senior Executives
  • Coordinate and accompany the Directors’ participation in ceremonies and public events
  • Compile news reports and other special reports for the Directors
  • Assist in Ad Hoc tasks assigned by the Directors

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Proactive personality and strong interpersonal skills
  • At least 3 years working experience with exposure in public relations or customer service or administrative field preferable
  • Exposure in serving Senior Executives and arranging activities are highly desirable
  • Able to work irregular hours and under pressure
