Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate events, lunch and dinner receptions and social functions for the Directors or Senior Executives
- Coordinate and accompany the Directors’ participation in ceremonies and public events
- Compile news reports and other special reports for the Directors
- Assist in Ad Hoc tasks assigned by the Directors
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Proactive personality and strong interpersonal skills
- At least 3 years working experience with exposure in public relations or customer service or administrative field preferable
- Exposure in serving Senior Executives and arranging activities are highly desirable
- Able to work irregular hours and under pressure
