Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant / Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and personal support to Senior Management
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Degree holder of Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Polite, pleasant and detailed oriented
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office (include Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Immediate available is preferable
