Responsibilities
• Act as a reliable point of contact for key customers, handling requests, solving problems, and supporting project development
• Maintain regular communication with customers and our global sourcing department (SBES)
• Translate customer specifications into clear instructions for procurement and sales teams
• Closely follow up on ongoing projects and monitor sales performance
• Support procurement teams in placing orders with Asian suppliers, staying informed about changes in standards, rollouts, and rollbacks
• Contribute to internal projects such as system implementation and process optimization, including maintaining accurate data in our ERP system
• Prepare periodic reports and presentations based on procurement activity and KPIs
Requirements
• Diploma or university degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• High mobility and flexibility for international coordination
• Solid project management and organizational abilities
• Customer-focused, proactive, and professional attitude
• Analytical thinking with the ability to create high-level reports
• Problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to challenges
