Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading the factory operations including production / manufacturing process and continuous improvement and automation
- Lead, plan, and coordinate manufacturing activities to achieve efficiency, quality and delivery targets
- Handle production cost control, material control, quality control and inventory control
- Make continuously improvement on the manufacturing process
- Co-ordinate with all relevant internal departments to improve management efficiency and problem-solving capabilities
- Factory audit
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Management field
- Minimum 10 years’ management experience in factory or manufacturing operations
- Good knowledge of LEAN manufacturing, Manufacturing Operations, Quality Control and ISO Documentation
- Strong experience in Manufacturing and Production in Consumer Electronics Products industry
- Strong technical and project management background
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to document and present ideas clearly
