Requirements
· University graduate in Fashion Design or equivalent
· 8-10 years fashion design experience with 2 years as managerial role
· Solid experience in sweater design and development for USA/EEC market
· Previous experience in manufacturing company would be a great advantage
· Self-initiative, energetic, detail-minded with excellent communication skills
· Needs travel China or Overseas if required
· Result-driven, passionate, independent and strong sense or fashion trends
· Good communication of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus
· Proficient in using APEX (3D), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
· Immediate available is highly preferred
Responsibilities
· Lead the design team in developing design strategies that align with business goals
· Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality design
· Monitor the tech-pack preparation and initiate design ideas to achieve cost and quality
· Develop new collection and design with sales & merchandising team and technicians
· Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders at all levels
· Manage the seasonal development and direction & inspiration for customer collection
· Ensure the design and development process aligns with the quality and timeline
