Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and developing seasonal collections for sportswear and casual wear
- Support the creation of detailed Tech Packs, including spec drawings and material specifications.
- Select fabrics, trims, and accessories aligned with design concepts and brand identity.
- Conduct market research to ensure the products match the market trend.
- Prepare presentation boards and visual materials for internal reviews.
- Collaborate with the production team to maintain design integrity during sampling and manufacturing.
- Participate in fit sessions and assist with feedback for adjustments.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in fashion design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop;
- Basic knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and manufacturing processes.
- Good commend in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
