Responsibilities:
- Leading a small accounting team in HK
- Direct report to Managing Director and oversees the day to day operations
- Handle full set of account and payroll
- Perform month-end closing and prepare month-end report
- Lead the team to prepare financial reports and analysis, budget and forecast
- Monitor the budget, inventory control and cashflow projection
- Liaise with external auditor, bankers and participate in other ad hoc assignments
- Responsible for HR functions eg recruitment, payroll, staff training, employee survey staff appraisal and development in HR system
- Internal Control System: Compliance related work
- Internal and External Audit Co-ordination
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- At least 5 years working experience
- With solid experience in handling financial analysis and budgeting and preparing financial reports
- Proficiency in PC applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc)
- Good comment in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Familiar with IFRS is preferred
- With basic HR knowledge is highly preferred
