Finance and HR Manager

Responsibilities: 

  • Leading a small accounting team in HK 
  • Direct report to Managing Director and oversees the day to day operations 
  • Handle full set of account and payroll 
  • Perform month-end closing and prepare month-end report
  • Lead the team to prepare financial reports and analysis, budget and forecast 
  • Monitor the budget, inventory control and cashflow projection 
  • Liaise with external auditor, bankers and participate in other ad hoc assignments 
  • Responsible for HR functions eg recruitment, payroll, staff training, employee survey staff appraisal and development in HR system 
  • Internal Control System: Compliance related work 
  • Internal and External Audit Co-ordination 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
  • At least 5 years working experience 
  • With solid experience in handling financial analysis and budgeting and preparing financial reports 
  • Proficiency in PC applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Good comment in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Familiar with IFRS is preferred 
  • With basic HR knowledge is highly preferred
