Finance Manager, Property – 60k – 80k

Our client is a well-known property developer and is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join the team with career prospects.

Reporting to Financial Director, you will be

  • Manage the full set of accounts, monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting, consolidation and financial statement of the finance team
  • Oversee and manage daily accounting and finance functions
  • Collaborate and work with other business units as well as external professionals
  • Overview cash management and liaise with banks for other treasury related proposal
  • Ad hoc tasks such as property investment projects’ financial modeling, cash flow forecast, budgeting, financial analysis and cost control
  • Other M&A and disposal project

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Degree holder in Accounting / Finance / Business or equivalent
  • Qualified with HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent qualification
  • At least 4 – 5 years of experience
  • Candidate must have experience in property/ real estate related experience
  • Candidate with sizable Audit firm experience ideally with Big 4 experience is a plus

  • Responsible for the Group’s annual/interim financial reporting, including but not limited to the preparation of Group’s consolidated accounts and subsidiaries’ financial statements
  • Prepare cash flow forecast, budget, financial analysis and cost control of our property projects
  • Manage and oversee daily accounting/finance functions
  • Work closely with the Group’s overseas offices to tackle finance/accounting issues
  • Liaise with external professionals to carry out annual/interim audits and tax reporting/planning/filing
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned as required


  • Degree holder in Accounting/Finance with HKICPA/ACCA qualification
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience with exposure in listed property developer, BIG-4 a plus
  • Proven experience in consolidation, audit and people supervision
  • Solid knowledge of relevant accounting standards, tax rules and regulations
  • Independent, well-organized, self-motivated with excellent multi-tasking/communication/analytical skills, able to work well under pressure and interface with people at all levels
  • Proficient in Excel and Word Processing
  • Good command of English and Chinese
