Responsibilities
- Report to CFO and lead the finance team
- Be responsible for the overall financial management including financial reporting, financial forecast, budgeting, treasury, taxation, internal control and etc
- Assist the company to achieve the financial target and provide recommendations to management
- Monitor and review the performance of each business units in the PRC
- Carry out feasibility studies and analysis in different projects and provide recommendations to enhance project feasibility and business performance
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisers, lawyers, company secretary, government and etc
Requirement
- Degree holder in Accounting/Finance, member of professional accounting bodies
- Minimum 7 years’ solid financial or commercial experience in the PRC
- Good knowledge of mainland China operations, GAAPs, tax and relevant statutory rules and regulations
- Experienced in funding arrangement for PRC projects
- Strong business acumen, strong adaptability and able to work with senior management
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, particularly Mandarin
- Experience in big four CPA firms is preferred
- Regular traveling to the PRC is required
- Immediately available is preferred
