Job Duties
- To lead and manage QA team to achieve and reach customers’ required standard
- To develop, contribute, drive and monitor the operational plans of the Field QA for each country/region globally
- To enhance and modify the SOP of quality control process periodically
- To monitor and ensure raw materials are achieving qualified standard for production
- To specify quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
- To provide timely technical support in addressing performance issues and other quality opportunities
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or their designate from time to time
Job Requirements
- Higher diploma/Degree in Textile / Clothing Technology or related disciplines is preferred
- 10 years or above experience in fabric, trims accessories, lingerie or garment industry in which 3 years in managerial level
- Understand the details of US/EU safety standards
- Excellent team management, technical and quality problem solving skills
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin.
