職責:

  • 接聽、轉接電話;接待來訪人士;
  • 做好辦公室檔案收集、整理工作, 及一般文書工作;
  • 負責文件安排的收發工作;
  • 負責日常工廠物資報價及訂購工作.

入職要求:

  • 中學畢業
  • 1 – 2 年文書經驗
  • 良好粵語及懂閱讀及書寫
  • 一般英語及略懂閱讀及書寫
  • 基本電腦應用 (Ms Office, Words, Excel, 中文輸入法)
