General Clerk / Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for office administration and coordination
  • Handle sending and receiving faxes, emails and assign tasks
  • Typing invoice, PO
  • Answering phone calls, preparing meeting rooms,
  • Support reception duties if Receptionist takes leave
  • To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • HKCEE / DSE graduated
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in clerical support or reception duties
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, independent and strong sense of responsibility
  • MS Office Application (Words, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good commend in Cantonese and English
  • Mandarin speaking is a plus
