Responsibilities:
- Responsible for office administration and coordination
- Handle sending and receiving faxes, emails and assign tasks
- Typing invoice, PO
- Answering phone calls, preparing meeting rooms,
- Support reception duties if Receptionist takes leave
- To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- HKCEE / DSE graduated
- At least 1-2 years of experience in clerical support or reception duties
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, independent and strong sense of responsibility
- MS Office Application (Words, Excel, Outlook)
- Good commend in Cantonese and English
- Mandarin speaking is a plus
