Our client is a sizable wet market (街市) operator with own retail business in wet market. It is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following position:

Job Description:
- Responsible for wet market (街市) operation and management in different regions in HK
- Manage day-to-day operations and monitor performance of the Standard Operations Procedures
- Oversee the business with full P&L responsibility, sales & marketing strategy formulation and implementation, identify business opportunities and risk, maximise brand awareness and foster market development
- Keep abreast of market and industry trends, competitors, and all aspects of market
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder in Business Management or related disciplines
- 10 years+ in-depth operational knowledge and management experience in retail
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to recruit, retain, motivate and develop a team
- Manage multiple stakeholders to produce an outcome within agreed deadline
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively
