Job Responsibilities:
- Campaigns’ visuals graphics designs such as. newsletters, posters, banners, social media graphics, and short videos
- Manage multiple design and printing projects from initial concept to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints and supporting events / shop / market fest’s key visuals and output artworks
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for the company’s social media channels including facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, corporate website and eShop
- Assist with email marketing efforts, including designing EDMs, segmenting lists, and tracking campaign effectiveness
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews on social media platforms
- Perform and hoc task and assist in ad hoc projects when needed
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Creative Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in multimedia or online design, preferably in an educational or multicultural environment
- Simple photo-shooting and video-shooting should be a plus
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools
- Fluent in Chinese and English, written and spoken
- Willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
- Photography and videography skills are advantages
