Responsibilities:
- In accordance to the Group strategy and talent development agenda, continuously enhance and review the learning & talent development framework and mechanism in order to ensure robust leadership pipeline and talent pools
- Work closely with business units to identify training needs, design and develop training plans to meet business requirements across the organization including Hong Kong and China. Such as new staff orientation, buddy programmes, soft skills training, leadership development programs that align with and drive organizational objectives
- Lead the overall learning and development strategy and drive the continuous enhancement of internal training programme
- Design and implement Learning System and Development tools to deliver innovative training program
- Participate in the periodically review of learning and development policies
- Support the procurement process for learning and talent development
- Handle various ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications disciplines preferred
- Minimum 8 years training and development working experience in sizable organization
- Strong knowledge of training processes and procedures with proven capability of driving end-to-end training program from scratch to official launch
