Helpdesk Support (Junior candidates are welcome)

Responsibilities:
• Perform helpdesk support to users;
• Assigned to complete programming tasks including coding, testing, documentation, and maintenance services;
• Documentation and tracking of user information in order to comply instructions and guidance;
• Network or server troubleshooting if needed.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned Requirements:
 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in computer or related discipline with minimum 1 year working experience
  • Strong passion in learning and development in CRM and ERP system solution
  • Able to work independently and self-motivated
  • Customer-oriented with good communication and good sense
  • Immediately availability is preferred
