Responsibilities:
- Support in full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including but not limited to on/off-boarding arrangement, recruitment & selection, C&B administration, performance management, policy review & updating and staff communications & relations
- Perform administrative duties, including but not limited to greeting visitors & serving tea, handling incoming calls and enquiries in a professional manner, arrange office maintenance and order stationeries
- Ensure the reception area and conference rooms are tidy and presentable
- Arrange internal and external correspondences and parcels delivery and distribution
- Assist in any ad hoc tasks assigned by the team
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 1-2 years’ relevant work experience in HR & Admin and/or receptionist duties,
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin, Speak japanese N2
- Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized, detail-oriented and willing to learn
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Immediate available is highly preferred
