Job Description
- Perform general HR functions
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR services, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, and other ad-hoc projects;
- Participate in coordinating staff activities
- Assist in checking staff attendance card
- Assist in revamping HR structure and developing company policies
Job Requirements
- Degree Holder
- Minimum 5 years human resources experiences. Experience in retail/beauty salon/cosmetic industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in PC Skills (MS Word, Excel). Chinese Word processing is must
- Strong critical thinking skills, can-do attitude;
- Work day: 5-day week
