Responsibilities:
- Perform full cycle of recruitment process
- Maintain and update staff data, attendance and leave record
- Handle other HR function, such as medical insurance enrollment, yearly performance appraisal
- Assist to draft, develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management.
- 3-5 years solid working experience in HR & Office admin
- Familiar with Labor Ordinance & related ordinances
- Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin,
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer oriented, detail-minded, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills;
- Positive and proactive attitude and with strong sense of responsibility.
- Immediately available will be an advantage.
