HR & Admin Officer

  • Perform full cycle of recruitment process 
  • Maintain and update staff data, attendance and leave record
  • Handle other HR function, such as medical insurance enrollment, yearly performance appraisal
  • Assist to draft, develop and implement HR policies and procedures


  • Degree in Human Resources Management.
  • 3-5 years solid working experience in HR & Office admin
  • Familiar with Labor Ordinance & related ordinances
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin,
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer oriented, detail-minded, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Positive and proactive attitude and with strong sense of responsibility.
  • Immediately available will be an advantage.
