HR Officer / Senior HR Officer – 5 days must

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, HR policies & compliance, employee engagement, etc.
  • Maintenance of employee data in HRMS, knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors would be an advantage
  • Conduct employee on/off boarding & probation process
  • Developing the overall strategy for Hong Kong office and manage a diverse set of HR projects and initiatives
  • Recognize HR needs in the office and propose solutions
  • Functional role within the core activities
  • Handling employee’s activities in Hong Kong
  • Proactively manage legal risk and continually ensure compliance with local labor laws
  • Employee relations issues are dealt with effectively to minimize legal and financial risk
  • Implementation of reward and recognition policy as well as performance appraisal within timelines
  • Provide local expertise to guide best practices and ensure legal compliance in support of programs and processes
  • Support Office Manager and managers at all levels in all related activities
  • Implement and execute HR activities in cooperation with team in Global Sourcing and Denmark to align our activities across countries
  • Ensure managers at all levels have the right tools to develop their team and team members
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and competent approach
  • Drive Employee engagement programs based on country/office practices
  • Other HR operation works assigned by leaders

 Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working as HR Officer
  • Dynamic, open-minded and outgoing personality
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills
  • People focused, ability to build strong relationships across all levels
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance
  • Proficiency in PC operations (MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
