Job Duties :
- Lead and manage the operation of the HR function in HK, China and Indonesia region
- Department to perform a wide range of functions including recruitment, C&B, performance management, talent review, training & development and employment engagement etc
- Accountable for the revision, formulation, and implementation of company policies and procedures, ensure in compliance with related legal regulatory.
- Expand various learning initiative, crafting employee career plans, and execute training and development programs for employee’s development and corporate objectives.
Requirement :
- Degree holder
- Around 5 – 10 years exp in HR for manufacturer
- Well-versed in employment laws and other related legislations in HK and China, familiar with Indonesia’s employment laws are an asset
- Previous background in large scale corporation in manufacturing business is essential
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Travel to China and Indonesia are required
