Job Description:

  • Manage the recruitment pipeline, candidate interview and selection process
  • Manage staff onboarding and offboarding logistics
  • Prepare attendance report & HR report
  • Handling leave records
  • Assist in administration works in office maintenance
  • Assist in different department administration works

Job Requirements:

  • Form 6 or above
  • Candidate with related experience would be an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player and fast learner
  • Good command of spoken and written in English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Familiar with MS Office applications including Word, Power Point & Excel
  • Immediate available is preferred.
