Job duty

  • Provide support on Admin & HR functions
  • Provide office administration services, procurement of office suppliers and other daily operations support
  • Support the ad hoc projects of HR & Admin. Department

Requirement

  • F.5 / HKDSE graduate or above
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage (but NOT is a must)
  • MS Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
  • Immediately available is highly preferred

Benefit:

  • Mon-Fri 9:00-17:30, Alternate Saturdays: 9:00-13:00 (Saturday can choice work from home)
