Job duty
- Provide support on Admin & HR functions
- Provide office administration services, procurement of office suppliers and other daily operations support
- Support the ad hoc projects of HR & Admin. Department
Requirement
- F.5 / HKDSE graduate or above
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage (but NOT is a must)
- MS Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
- Immediately available is highly preferred
Benefit:
- Mon-Fri 9:00-17:30, Alternate Saturdays: 9:00-13:00 (Saturday can choice work from home)
