Our client is a MNC with over 100 employees in HK.  They are looking for caliber candidates to apply their position:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all round of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employee engagement etc
  • Provide professional HR partnering services to the business units
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Drive and perform annual practices such as budgeting, tax filing, salary review, C&B benchmark and review etc
  • Prepare data analysis and reports for management review
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local legal requirements
  • Compile management reports and analysis
  • Other HR duties as assigned by the senior management

Requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • At least 6-8 years related working experience
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and related legislation in Hong KongExcellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure in a fast pace environment
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Strong PC skill in MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
