Job Description:
- Provide IT support (including network and security) to HK and China
- Support IT department for the system administration / audit / documents and recording
- Liaise with Service Provider Support for troubleshooting
- Service Provider / Supply Vendor Coordination
- Support task involve Network control Setting
- Manage IT records and documentations
- Remote assistance
- System setup
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree in IT, Cybersecurity or other related disciplines
- 2-5 years of related experience
- With knowledge in Windows 10/11 (Home/Pro/Server), Synology Network Attached Storage, Fortinet (Firewall and VPN), Simple Web Service and SSL Application, Office 365 Admin, etc
- Cyber Hygiene and Security Setup concept is preferred.
- Willing to travel to China occasionally
- Good commend in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
