IT Management
– Manage IT records and documentations
IT Support
– Majority is Windows System.
– Mac System not required
– IOS system. Normal Application Level
– Synology system. Normal Application Level
– System setup
– Remote assistance
– Check and Analyze system log
– Liaise with Service Provider Support for troubleshooting
– Service Provider / Supply Vendor Coordination
Ship visit –
Site visit is required if ship stay at Hong Kong and there is onboard IT task
There is possibility to travel to oversea (Majority is China) if there is major IT maintenance
Network & Security Setting
– Good understanding on Firewall concept (Fortinet) is preferred
– Support task involve Network control Setting
– Cyber Hygiene and Security Setup concept is preferred.
Program Language
– Not require in general.
– SQL language knowledge is preferable
– Able to self develop tools to increase office working efficiency is preferable
Certification
– IT qualification related is required
– Holding of CISSP Certificate is a plus
– Relative Job experience is required (If Senior Level)
– Willing to travel to China occasionally
