Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily technical support & troubleshooting to end user; 負責日常技術支援及處理用戶的問題;
  • Perform Windows based system administration, including system setup and configuration, software installation; 負責Windows軟件日常建立、維護及安裝工作
  • Prepare or update relevant IT documentation/licenses as required;更新系統及相關文檔編寫工作;
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned. 完成領導安排的其他工作崗位要求

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in computer or related discipline with minimum 1 year working experience
  • Able to work independently and self-motivated
  • Customer-oriented with good communication and good sense
  • Immediately availability is preferred
