The job role with three dimensions as belows:
1)Project management and business applications
- Participate to the design of all new solutions: ERP, Project Management (Monday.com), Supplier Portal (Winddle), Teams, …
- Business Process Reengineering
- Data migration
- Prepare user guide and procedure documentation
- Perform training
- Provide end user support.
2) IT infrastructure management
- Participate to the design of global IT infrastructure
- Solve IT infrastructure issue with 3rd party
- Manage budget
- Improve Cyber Security
3) Master Data
- Develop and maintain master data management (MDM)processes, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Analyze and cleanse master data sets to identify and correct errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements, standards, and governance policies.
- Implement data governance frameworks to enforce data standards, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor data quality metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of master data management efforts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline data management processes.
- Provide guidance and support to business users on master data-related issues, queries, and requests.
- Lead data migration projects, including data mapping, transformation, and validation activities.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to master data management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
- 2 or 3 years of experience in project, data management.
- Proficiency in excel, Power BI or similar tools
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Hands on Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with a commitment to data integrity.
- Solid understanding of data governance principles, practices, and frameworks.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
