Responsibilities:
- Manage and implement IT projects including the development of mobile applications and e-commerce site, and lead the launch of Loyalty Program in Asian regions
- Work with business units in various Asian offices to collect new requirements, organize workflow audits, prepare system specifications, proceed with pre-launch testing, implement the system, and provide training to users
- Work as PO/Scrum Master to initiate project and align with identified stakeholders
- Document current state and future state processes and business / functional requirement documents, including data flow, business rules and use cases
- Collaborate with the development team and external service provider to optimize the deliverables
- Collaborate with testing team and ensure all requirements are tested, testing plans are in place, test execution is performed for defects, integration and regression testing
- Review data quality and devise strategies to improve data input and ease of use
- Manage Project Executive and support the ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 3 years relevant experience in IT project management and implementation
- Knowledgeable in mobile app, website technologies and services
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and project management skills, good at project planning, deliverables creation and scheduling
- Strong organizational, documentation and analytical skills; must be detail-oriented
- Proactive, self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced and agile working environment
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
