Job Responsibilities
- Provide 7×24 site operation support
- Perform equipment installation, cables installation, equipment decommissions, etc
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Incident handling, problem troubleshooting and escalation to seniors
- Monitor system to identify any system malfunctions and initiate corrective action to maintain schedules and to ensure integrity of production and outputs.
- Responsible for the basic operation of the computer systems and associated peripherals
- Company will provide training workshops and on-the-job training to new joiner
Requirements:
- Technical Institute graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline prefer but not must
- Has relevant experience is an assets
- Fresh graduates is also welcome to apply
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English
- Discipline, self-initiative, self-motivate
