- Responsible for managing domain infrastructure to the IT network environment, monitoring exchange email services, managing daily housekeeping work and troubleshooting for servers and also evaluating and auditing all servers status, performance & storage capacity.Providing client support & technical issue resolution and handling installation of computer hardware operating systems and applications etc.
- – Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
- – At least 4 years experience in system support and network administration
- – Experience in MS Windows 2012 server, Exchange Server 2010, Lan/Wan, DNS, Firewalls, VPN and network monitoring & troubleshoot
- – Knowledge in Cyber Security
- – With working experience in information security
- – Strong knowledge in TCP/IP, Cisco router and related telecommunication products such as Metro-E, VOIP and MPLS
- – With knowledge of MCSE / MCP / CCNA is preferable
- – Self-motivated and able to work independently
- – Good analyticaland problem solving skills
