Business: Retailer with over 100 employees in HK
Responsibilities:
• Perform helpdesk support to users;
• Assigned to complete programming tasks including coding, testing, documentation, and maintenance services;
• Documentation and tracking of user information in order to comply instructions and guidance;
• Network or server troubleshooting if needed.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned Requirements:
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in computer or related discipline with minimum 1 year working experience
- Knowledge in .Net/C/C++/C# development, perform programming for user
- Strong passion in learning and development in CRM and ERP system solution
- Able to work independently and self-motivated
- Customer-oriented with good communication and good sense
- Immediately availability is preferred
