Responsibilities

  • Helpdesk+ Window server
  • Full responsibility for HK and branch office IT infrastructure.including Server, Workstation, Firewall, Router, Cloud service, o365 share-point and internet device, software and MS applications.
  • Lead the projects implementation and provide solutions to in house users.
  • Follow up strategic planning and schedule management, provide technical advise and proposal,
  • To provide technical support.
  • Internet and directory
  • Keep track communication with IT vendors for purchasing technical device and application.
  • Prepare for pricing matrix, quote, arrange products sampling from specification sheet and communication.
  • Assist promotion team for fair, booth and telemarketing to generate new customers.
  • Contact to supplier for arranging demonstration, proposal and quote.

Requirements

·         Degree in an IT-related discipline or Diploma/High Diploma with relevant experience

·         At least 4-6 years experience in systems and network administration and technical support within an MNC

·         Solid hands-on experience and infrastructure knowledge in MS AD, Office 365 products, Cloud, AWS, Windows Servers and Networking, etc.

·         Able to work well in a team and independently, and able to work under pressure

·         Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

·         Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is preferred for effective communication

·         Travel may be required to China offices

·         Knowledge of FIX and TCP/IP is preferred

·         Knowledge of vlan/Watchguard/AP/Synology are advantageous but not required

·         Knowledge of S/MIME for email signing and encryption are advantageous
