Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and on-site IT support to end users on desktop systems, networks, hardware and software setups and troubleshooting
- Responsible for the overall support and maintenance of the various tiers of server, storage, networking, applications and security control
- Monitor, maintain, and perform regular backup, health checking and performance tuning on IT equipment and server
- Conduct security risk analysis and risk assessment
- Update MIS documents & inventory
- Handle other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma/associate degree or above in IT or related discipline
- Min. 3-year work experience in IT support
- Solid experience in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, MS SQL, VMWare, Microsoft 365 & Windows Application
- Familiar with System Security, Network Infrastructure, Internet and cloud platform administration
- Hands-on experience ERP system, IP phone system, AV equipment and program development
- Proactive, highly responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and English
- Willing to travel to Shenzhen occasionally
