- Provide helpdesk support to the users
- Respond and resolve issues from users, escalate if necessary
- Provide support on the office’s hardware include printers, video conference systems, telephone systems, etc.
- Prepare and configure new equipment for new joiners
- Diploma or above in computer or related discipline with minimum 1 year working experience
- Able to work independently and self-motivated
- Customer-oriented with good communication and good sense
- Immediately availability is preferred
