IT Technical Support (Helpdesk Support)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide helpdesk support to the users
  • Respond and resolve issues from users, escalate if necessary
  • Provide support on the office’s hardware include printers, video conference systems, telephone systems, etc. 
  • Prepare and configure new equipment for new joiners

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in computer or related discipline with minimum 1 year working experience
  • Able to work independently and self-motivated
  • Customer-oriented with good communication and good sense
  • Immediately availability is preferred
