Junior Quatity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Handle all QS works major in tendering and operation, pre-contract to post-contract works
• evaluating constructor payments, monitoring project costs, assessing completed works, preparing and negotiating final accounts,
• cost analysis and budgeting, material taking off and pricing
• EOT applications, interim payments, variations, and final accounts.
• Attend site visits / tender briefing
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, Building or Construction Management
• Minimum 3 years or solid experience in Quantity Surveyor in commerical, residential
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor
