Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily paper work, maintain confidential information and document management
- Coordinate, monitor and follow up all business matters and documentation as assigned
- Coordinate and attend team meetings, events and conferences
- Capable to handle all enquiries and correspondence independently
- To works closely with the merchandising and marketing team
- Assist in clerical and various tasks assigned and ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- 1-3 years clerical experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Word, Powepoint, Chinese Word Processing)
- Immediate available is preferred
