Junior Secretary & Sales Coordinator

Job Duties

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to senior executives and the team.
  • Coordinate with external and internal parties to support various project execution 
  • Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential information, files, and materials to ensure information security and proper usage
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills and strong understanding ability.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook & Teams
