Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and all-round support to Director & Management
- Assist in all personal matters, business development activities and handle all internal correspondence
- Prepare presentation materials, proposals and reports
- Attend meetings and functions with Senior Manager
- Perform ad hoc and confidential duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- University graduate with formal secretarial training
- 1-2 years of relevant secretarial experience with stable employment history at Sizable company
- Able to handle business correspondence professionally
- Willing to work under pressure and overtime
- Immediate available is highly preferred
