Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of leasing enquiries including new lease
  • Renewal negotiation
  • Tenancy administration
  • Review of leasing agreements
  • Perform leasing administration and prepare leasing report

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Business Administration or Property Management
  • Minimum 0-2 years relevant experience in Leasing in commerical or resident
  • Fluent in cantonese, Good english
