Job Responsibilities:
- leasing of a portfolio of commercial, luxurious residential properties and commerical property in Hong Kong
- property management, site visits arrangements
- Write english document and check english document
- handling leasing, tenancy agreements
Job Requirements:
- Diploma
- At least 3 years solid leasing experience in commercial, luxurious residential properties
- Able to work independently, show initiative and take full responsibility for completion of duties
- Good command of spoken English is a must, Cantonese
