Logistic Clerk / Logistic Officer – Trading – Multinational

 Requirements:

  • Diploma 
  • At least 6 -8 years shipping in Trading or factory
  • Coordinate with sales team and factory for delivery schedule of the available stock
  • Arrange import / export shipment
  • Check the production material availability in factory
  • Import plastic material handling
  • Prepare the document with weight and dimension of shipping items  for customs purposes
  • Prepare post shipment invoice by arranging various documents like certificate of origin, (Form A/ Form E/ FTA), bill of lading.
  • Arrange import / export declaration
  • Cost comparison with different forwarders 
  • Good commend of both English and Mandarin
