Job Responsibilities:.
- Make sure the shipment window was respected and support to solve the problems, organize the goods transportation in respect of delivery time.
- Manage ad hoc quotation
- Responsible for effective logistics operations including warehousing and delivery transportation.
- Work with internal departments and liaise with forwarders.
- Maintain company’s standard delivery services.
- Build and maintain effective business relationship with suppliers and service providers.
- Supervise and maintain high quality services including punctual delivery and distribution etc.
- Identify improvement opportunity and effectively apply any changes in order to achieve improvements in operational performance.
- Increase the logistics efficiency
Qualification Requirements:
- Diploma preferred major in logistics management or international transport., diploma
- At least 5 years working experience in logistics in consumer product in trading or buying office
- Hands-on experience in the operational services export / logistics / transport flows.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Powerpoint, Excel, Word).
- Very good sense of priority and time management.
- Well-organized, detailed, initiative and proactive.
- Able to work independently and good teamwork.
