Responsibilities:
- Responsible for smooth & efficient daily operations in various warehouses;
- Liaise and work closely with different parties to ensure accurate cargo handling;
- Update Warehouse Management System database accurately and effectively;
- Manage sub-contractor & vendor performance in accordance to SOP and customer requirements;
- Prepare customers’ statistics and periodic reports;
- Monitor value-added services, perform regular audit and cycle-count if and when necessary;
- Perform other task and duties as required by the Company;
- Prepare quotation;
- Coordinate with overseas agents and customers;
- Perform other task and duties as required by the Company.
Requirements:
- DSE or above;
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in logistics industries;
- Good Knowledge in logistics and freight service is an advantage;
- Initiative, independent, positive and well-organized;
- Good communication & interpersonal skills;
- Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skill;
- Able to work under pressure and initiate change when necessary;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
